Develop and maintain BIM-related software applications, tools, and workflows that facilitate the creation, management, and utilization of building information models.

Main Tasks

General

• Be a source of knowledge on BIM Software/Platforms
• Ready to give BIM support to the development team.
• Give support on Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM360, and Rhino.
• Be a source of knowledge on the Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD APIs.
• React quickly to feedback to continuously improve processes.
• Work with diverse teams and departments to create and implement BIM technology software systems.
• Meet with clients to discuss project scopes, report ongoing/final solutions, and present internal products
• Be able to develop scripts and macros for the main BIM software.
• Assist, when necessary, non-tech teams in partnerships, documentation, marketing, and sales with AEC expertise.

Discovery creation

• Study user cases directly from the client's understanding of business needs
• Research solutions using APIs from Revit, Navisworks, Forge, etc.
• Use of knowledge of existing solutions in the market
• Creation of POCs using Python, C#, Dynamo, JS, etc.
• Document discovery process
• Estimate time and effort for the POC and project
